Special arrangements for corporate charges welcome

Any order that has 2 or more delivery times must be 2 or more separate orders.  For example, if you place an order for a lunch and a snack later you must place 2 orders.

Pacific Dining Catering Team Has the right to Add a Additional $200.00 Fee to your Total Catering Bill for Late Orders (After 1P.M. for next delivery day) Late Add On or Significantly Increasing or Decreasing the orders quantities or same day adjustments that are controllable in the ordering process. Any and All orders cancelled with less than 12 hours notice are subject to Complete Order Charge.

Afternoon (Past 2:30pm), evening, and weekend events are available with an additional Overtime Staff Charge from Set-Up to Break Down of your Entire Event for $40.00 per hour for each staff member.

Pacific Dining requests a minimum of 5 working days to confirm catering orders over 30 guests: Events with over 100 guests require 7 working days

There will be a 10% or $50, whichever is greater, fee required for all orders for cold food service with less than 24-hour notice and/or all orders for hot food service with less than 48-hour notice

All services include disposable dishware. China service is available for additional $3.00 per person and Tablecloths are available at $5.00 per table

Additional charges may apply for all special requests

The Size and Scope of the event will determine if supervisors are needed. If your event shows cause, there will be an additional $50.00 per hour for each supervisor & an additional $30.00 per hour for each catering staff member.
